By now, everyone has probably heard of Denso. Two months ago, John and Leo from Denso came to Delft and gave an interesting lunch lecture about their company. A week after that, more people from Denso came for a very succesful Network Drinks. Especially during the drinks, many students showed their interest in this company for both internships and job positions. That’s why we are very happy to announce one more event with Denso! On the 19th of February (Monday), we’ll have an excursion to Denso in Aachen, Germany. Located just across the border with the Netherlands, Aachen is one of Denso’s most important locations in Europe. This engineering center is responsible for the power train development, especially diesel fuel injection and exhaust gas after-treatment systems, and development of components for electric and hybrid vehicles. During the excursion, there will be a short introduction and a tour through the facility. After lunch, a small case study will be presented.

As usual, we will arrange a bus to take us from Delft to Aachen and back again. Denso will provide the lunch, so you don’t have to worry about that either. So if you’re interested to see the actual work environment, and you want to earn some Neve points as an added bonus, don’t hesitate and sign up for this excursion!
