On Thursday February 15, we will organise a Python Workshop. Most of you probably use Matlab exclusively for your projects and assignments. However, alot of companies do not have licenses for Matlab. That’s why it is very useful to learn Python! Python can do literally almost anything that Matlab can do. In fact, it is way more versatile and can be used for many different applications. Besides that, Python is completely free and easy to learn.

The workshop will be held in Instruction Room G, from 18:00-21:00, and will be given by PME’s very own Alejandro Aragon. He is the perfect guy to teach you this programming language, since he knows a whole lot about Python (and also about FEM and Argentinian football). In fact, during his Advanced FEM course that he will give in Q3+Q4, he will use Python. So if you want to follow this course, we can highly recommend joining this workshop if you don’t know Python yet.

Because this workshop is in the evening, we will make sure there is dinner for you. To claim this free dinner and a Neve point, please click here to sign up.
